- Rec-centre.com is not liable for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the website’s content. You are recommended to do your due diligence.

- To have a valid membership you must have paid your dues and completed the information on the site.
- Our payment service 2CheckOut uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information that you provide online at our Web Site. Further information on this is included below in their link in our Privacy policy section.
- You must be 19 years of age or older and hold valid photo identification with your full address to use member privileges.
- When using a sponsors product or service, all liability responsibilities are between you and the sponsor. Rec-centre.com cannot be held responsible for any sponsor's goods or services.
- Upon registering you will have access to membership identity coupons when you log in to the membership area. These coupons identify you to receive special discounts and offers from our sponsors and are for your use only and you may not transfer them to anyone else.
- Membership entitles you to discounts and promotions with sponsors. Rec-centre.com is not responsible if a sponsor does not honor their discount promotion but please report it.
- Memberships are non refundable.
- When paying for a sponsors member discounted/promotion product or service you will be required to present the coupon and photo identification that includes your full address to get the discount or promotion.
- When posting any membership privilege postings you are responsible for the content and obligations from that content. Rec-centre.com is not liable for any of your content or obligations from postings by you on the Rec-centre site.
- Postings should be tasteful and not slandering.
- Rec-centre's privacy policy - All information received during registration is for administration purposes only. Your personal information will not be given out, reproduced or sold unless ordered by law.
- Rec-centre.com has the right to cancel any membership of a member who fails to honour the policies for sponsor privileges and posting privileges. As well Rec-centre.com has the right to refuse any content it sees as not appropriate for the website.

- If a commercial submission is accepted Rec-centre.com will provide a login account for the sponsors page to manage their logo, information, images and link to the sponsor's website, on the website Rec-centre.com.
- The login account will also allow sponsors to view the amount of times pages have been viewed with their information on them. This number does not include the amount of times it is diplayed in the feature section of pages.
- Promotion and content changes can be done by the sponsor through their account at any time but we do value consitency in determining membership value.
- Commercial sponsors receive exposure in Rec-centre.com in return for discounts and promotions that the sponsor commits to provide exclusively to our members.
- A sponsor can choose the amount or level of discount or promotion to give to Rec-centre.com members.
- Rec-centre.com agrees that all exposure to the sponsors business on Rec-centre.com in the form of views, site visitors and referring links will be free of charge.
- Number of placements of and the position of the sponsors information is at the full discretion of Rec-centre.com based on our evaluation of which discounts or promotions we feel will have the highest value to our members. The higher we estimate the member value the higher the placements and the higher the number of pages the sponsor will be exposed to.
- Sponsors may submit interest stories or other interesting information about their products or services. Links to their business information will be put on those pages.
- Rec-centre.com has the right to accept or refuse any Sponsor Submission.
- Sponsors will be required to give the discount or promotion as they have displayed on Rec-centre.com to a member who purchases the advertised product/service and displays a Rec-centre.com membership discount certificate with photo id.
- Coupon/certificate design may change slightly each month as a security measure. This is veiwable to the sponsor when logging into their account.
- The membership discount will have their name and postal code and these must match the information on the photo identification.
- To discontinue a sponsorship requires two weeks notification in writing to sponsorship@rec-centre.com .
- Rec-centre.com is not liable for any errors on your display.
- Any issues with your service or product between a customer referred from Rec-centre.com and your business are between you and the customer and Rec-centre.com is to be indemnified and held harmless. Rec-centre.com is not liable for any delivery of your business.

- Classifieds, online flea markets/craft fairs, stories/experiences and personals are available to any viewer. Members postings will receive priority placements.
- By submitting text and/or pictures you are stating you have the right to publish the content. You also are giving Rec-Centre.com permission to put the information on the Rec-Centre.com. You also are responsible for the accuracy of the content, take full responsibility for the content and indemnify Rec-Centre.com from any responsibility for the content.
- Any information you post on Rec-centre.com becomes property of Rec-centre.com. You may post your information elsewhere but we reserve to right to keep the info or remove it at our discretion.

- We currently have Google ads, please check Google’s privacy policy. We do not provide any of your information to Google but they will track clicks and other non personal data on the ads.
