Snowrunners programs, Women's Only SnowRunners' Clinic and SnowHiker Tours are available at the top of Grouse Mountain. All areas are well marked and patrolled regularly. Top of the line Atlas Snowshoes are available for rental.

Kinder Program Mid-week morning or afternoon snowshoe programs for Tiny Tots includes winter play, stories and activities.
Women On Snow (ages 19 and up) is a 4-week Tuesday night program designed for women wanting to improve their level of fitness and experience the beauty of winter. The program consists of four 2-hour guided walks, snowshoe rentals, trail fee, draw prizes and lots of fun! (Program also available for snowboarding or skiing).
Located between Black Mountain and Hollyburn mountain this local mountain has had good snowfalls the past two years. Their website opens its' winter program later in September and their summer program at the end of the ski season.
