Rec-centre.com Advertising Contract

Definitions:

• Sponsor refers to an independent business or service provider (Name, address, phone number, and name(s) of representatives in the sign up form on the next page).

Agreement:

• The sponsor submitting this content acknowledges they have read and understood the Sponsor Policies of Rec-centre.com.
• The sponsor does not pay Rec-centre.com any monies for exposure but rather provides an exclusive discount or promotion for Rec-centre members as outlined in the Sponsor Policies.
• Either party may terminate this agreement, for any reason, with one months written notice (email is acceptable). Termination terms are effective one month after of receipt of written notice. This agreement is ongoing until one of the party’s wishes to terminate the agreement. Sponsors agree to honor their promotion for the following month from the partner’s acknowledgement of receipt of termination notice. Rec-centre.com may terminate immediately if the terms of this agreement are not met.
• The person submitting this form must be an authorized agent of the sponsor and must have the right to obligate the business in this contract.
• After you have sent the information in and approved an email will be submitted with the sponsor's account login information sent to them. Sponsor's may login in to add or change content and check the views they are getting. Views counted do not include the placements in the feature area on the right column so your branding exposure will be even greater than this number.
• This agreement initiates with the submission of the following form and the uploading of the content to Rec-centre.com.
• We request you put reciprocal link to our site on your website but it is not required for this agreement.
