Rec-centre.com has been on the web for six years and provides information on recreational opportunities for the outdoors, sports, health, fitness, community, arts and business.

You never pay us any money. Our revenue comes from selling memberships that receive promotions and discounts offered by our sponsors.

Here is what you receive:

• A full page for your information, images and a link to your website.
  Here is an example of a sponsor's page.
• No charges for page views, visitors or referrals to your website.
• Placement of the logo and links to your page around relevant areas on our site. Placements are based on our evaluation of your offer for content, consistency and value to our members.
• Links to your page can also be randomly displayed on the right feature column depending on how we rank your discount.
• You can put the ad on our site yourself and get a login which allows you to edit it or;
• Or we can arrange to put the information up for you free of charge and you will still get a login to edit your offer and info.
• When logged in you can see the branding statistics for your campaign.

Here is what we ask of you:

• To have a discount or promotion, of your choice, that is exclusive for our members. This can be any type or size of offer. We will place your brand according to our estimation of it's value to our members.
• To provide to our members your discount/promotion when they present their membership coupon and photo identification. The coupon will have their name and postal code on it.
• If discounts are not your interest you can post your information for $25 per year with less branding and featuring.

To sign up complete an On-line Advertising Contract from the "sign up" link below. This is an online form where you can sign up, put information about your business, services or products and place a logo and any other images you require. You may take a whole page for your information. When you sign up you will receive a temporary login to reach your account (you can change the password once in your account). With your account you can:

• Modify your page, discount or promotion at any time and report the changes to sponsorship@rec-centre.com . We do recommend consistency in your offer for better placements on our site.
• View the amount of page views your placements have received.
• View the layout of the member identification certificate/coupon. This must be presented with picture id to confirm a member. We will change the position of the bullet markings periodically for security. This certificate has the member's name and postal code on it so you can confirm the id of the person.
