A cool thing up at Grouse Mountain is the skating rink/pond. It is an outdoor rink just to the north of the lodge. It is not that big but is very popular.
There is a skate shop where you can get rentals and often there is a fire in the fire pit that you can sit around to put your skates on.
During Christmas at the north end Santa takes visits from children in his workshop on top of Grouse. They do have begginer bars there as well.
This site is ideal for family fresh air and exercise. The ice can be bumpy at times and the room space is limted. Check out their website below for more information.
