Each guest will receive an autographed copy of The Last Beach Bungalow. The noon presentation, serving high tea, will be at the VanDusen Gardens, 5251 Oak Street; Vancouver from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm. The evening presentation, serving dessert, will be at the Newlands Golf and Country Club, 21025 48th Avenue; Langley from 7:00 pm – 9:00pm. Joining her for both presentations is Benjamin Moore's colour expert and frequent CityLine presenter Sharon Grech.
Grech and Nash will discuss key scenes from the book and will also examine colour and character—how colour can impact your emotions, how it can reflect a personality, and how it is a fundamental building block in creating the comforts and completeness of your home.
Tickets are $15 and are available at your local Benjamin Moore Retailer with all proceeds donated to the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS). All parents play free! Those who pay for both days up front skip the lines and get to the fun stuff right away. An all night concert is being held at Cheers Nite Club on April 26th supporting Helping Hands BC - a non profit organization that helps feed and clothes the homeless members of our community.
The founder of this organization has been nominated for the YWCA Women of Distinction Award.
