This can be caused by antibiotic use including those found in many preserved foods and can be enhanced by ingestion of yeast and sugar contained foods. This makes the correction difficult because reduction of antibiotics, yeast and sugar from the diet means that the sufferer should not eat preserved meats, fruits, breads and anything that promotes fermentation (alcohol, pop, fruit juices, dairy).
Does anyone have any info on diet and supplements for this. It is difficult to find what to eat that will not promote yeast fermentation and still give a well rounded diet.
